We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account registration information (name, email address, city, creative specialty); profile information (portfolio images, package descriptions, pricing); payment information (processed securely through our payment provider; APCHR does not store full card numbers); booking and project data; and communications sent through the Platform. We also collect information automatically, including device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and usage patterns through standard analytics tools.
We use the information we collect to: operate and improve the Platform; process bookings and payments; generate and enforce platform contracts; calculate and display Deal Scores; send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, delivery alerts, payout notices); provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your information only in the following circumstances: (a) with the other party in a booking (buyers and creatives share relevant contact and project information with each other); (b) with service providers who help us operate the Platform (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics); (c) when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of APCHR and its users; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected users.
Creative profiles, portfolios, packages, and pricing are publicly visible to all Platform visitors by default. Creatives can control certain profile visibility settings from their dashboard. Buyer identities are not publicly displayed; only verified reviews attributed to a booking are shown on creative profiles.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records, contracts, and license certificates are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with applicable legal and tax requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time; however, booking and contract records may be retained as required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive data, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we take reasonable steps to protect your information. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser; however, disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. We use privacy-respecting analytics tools and do not participate in cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.
APCHR is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will terminate the account and delete associated data promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
