A property priced at $750K+ or exceeding 4,000 sq ft typically qualifies for the Luxury MLS Photos package, which includes extended shoot time, additional edited images, and enhanced post-processing.

MLS Photos ($250) is designed for standard residential listings and includes a full exterior and interior shoot with next-business-day delivery. Luxury MLS Photos ($450) applies to properties at or above the luxury threshold (typically $750K+ or 4,000+ sq ft) and includes extended shoot time, more delivered images, and enhanced post-processing. APCHR automatically recommends the right tier based on the list price and square footage you enter at booking.
Every listing photo order includes sky replacements, camera removal from mirrors and reflections, fireplace and TV screen inserts as needed, grass greening, yard sign removal, and general small touchups — all at no extra charge. These are standard corrections that many photographers charge separately for; APCHR includes them on every order.
Virtual staging is AI-powered furniture and décor placement on vacant room photos. It is priced at $10 per photo. When you book, select the number of rooms you want staged and we will apply the appropriate add-on charge. Virtual twilight (day-to-dusk sky and lighting replacement) is also $10 per photo and does not require a separate shoot.
Standard turnaround is next business day by 5 PM. Rush turnaround (same-day delivery for AM shoots) is available for an additional $75. Same-Day AM Shoot / PM Delivery — guaranteed delivery by 5 PM on the shoot day — is available for an additional $150. Turnaround tier is selected at booking.
All listing photos come with a single-use license for MLS submission and listing promotion (social media, print flyers, email campaigns) for the duration of the active listing period. The license is granted to the listing agent and their brokerage. It expires upon sale or removal of the listing unless a perpetual license add-on is purchased. Commercial use beyond listing promotion requires a separate agreement.
Yes. Residential aerial and drone photography is available as an add-on for $250. All drone operators on APCHR are FAA Part 107 certified. The creative retains liability for flight operations and airspace compliance. Aerial imagery is delivered alongside listing photos in the same delivery portal.
The Winter Special ($299) bundles MLS photos, drone, floor plan, and a single-property website into one discounted package. It is designed for agents who want a complete listing media package without assembling individual services. The bundle is available year-round despite the seasonal name.
