1Renters assume full liability for the space and equipment during their booked time slot; studio owners should require a signed rental agreement before access is granted
2Damage deposits are held by the studio owner and refunded at their discretion based on the condition of the space after each booking
3Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by the studio owner per space; APCHR enforces the terms agreed to at booking
4Workshop attendees receive access to the session and any materials listed in the booking; no recording or redistribution of workshop content without written consent from the instructor
5Studio owners retain the right to refuse or cancel bookings that violate their stated use policies (e.g., prohibited activities, unauthorized subletting)
6Individual session photographers are responsible for obtaining model releases and any required permits for shoots conducted in the rented space
